AQIP/Spring 2015: Presentations & Pics!

The Spring 2015 AQIP Retreat featured plenty of ideas and thoughtful discussion as Wright College faculty and staff joined together in a college-wide commitment to strengthening academic programs and processes.  The retreat kicked off with updates of the three AQIP action projects: Completion, Improving Communications, and First Year Experience.

Rich Chandler, Executive Director of the Operational Excellence Center, provided a progress update of the Student Experience initiative, which will be further detailed during the March 17 Student Experience Open Forum. Rich’s AQIP presentation is available here.

Kevin Li, who is the champion of AQIP activities at Wright College, provided a comprehensive overview of the new AQIP Systems Portfolio structure and timeline. Kevin’s presentation is available here.

Six Breakout Sessions provided an opportunity for participants to further explore ways to enhance programs and processes and contribute to the AQIP Systems Portfolio updates. Some photos of the Breakout Sessions are below (click on photo for larger image).

Thanks, everyone, for your participation in this important event!
