Happy Adult Education and Literacy Week!

September 24-30th is Adult Education and Family Literacy Week!

Please see below for some Adult Ed facts and figures from the Educate and Elevate advocacy campaign that you can review and share with your students.

We will be planning a book giveaway in October after our AS8 classes start and there will be some goodies in the office later this week to acknowledge all your hard work.

If you are planning any other class activities to celebrate Adult Education and Family Literacy Week that you would like me to share with your colleagues, please go ahead and send those to me.

Below you will find a few more ways that the Educate and Elevate campaign has suggested we can promote Adult Education and its importance.

Your work is very important and impactful on the lives of our students. Thank you for all that you do!

Sincerely,

Emily Anderson, Dean of Adult Education
