The Healthy Student Market Returns to Wright College to Offer FREE Shelf-stable Items and Fresh Produce

The Healthy Student Market will deliver a variety of healthy nutritious foods, including fresh fruit, vegetables and shelf-stable items to all those in need. Distribution will take place every first Thursday of the month, beginning September 15th, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the Wright College Faculty Dining Area.

Thank you to the Greater Chicago Food Depository for their continued partnership, as we strive together to help meet the needs of all those we serve.

Volunteers welcome!
The initiative is volunteer-driven and student-focused. Special thanks to all those that have already committed to lend a hand – the Latin American Student Organizaiton, Wright College Student Government Association, Phi Theta Kappa, the Gateway Club, and several faculty members. If you would like to learn how to volunteer and lend a hand during any of the Healthy Student Markets at Wright College, please contact Iris Millán, Community Affairs Liaison, at imillan3@ccc.edu.
